Arsenic

Arsenic is a metalloid (semi-metal). The element seems to have low toxicity. Arsenic trioxide, arsenite, arsenate and arsine are the best known toxic forms. Probably only arsine is toxic in trace concentrations (depending on your definition of 'trace').
